Ms. Howard was born and raised in West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Throughout her life, Ms. Howard achieved many accomplishments. She graduated from Overbrooke High School in 1998. In 2014, she completed her BA degree in Business Administration at Strayer university. She proved to be a passionate person by coming from being a ward of the state at the age of six. Her passion for helping those in need, particularly those in the foster care system, was unwavering. Ms. Howard is optimistic that young people who are caught up in the system understand that it's okay to express themselves. Because "We Hear You We See You" and you are not alone in your circumstances, no matter what the situation is Ms. Howard feels if she can help one she can help All.
Mr. Hallett has over 25 years in the mental health and behavioral health field. Mr. Hallett was raised in the foster care system has the knowledge of crisis intervention and has served on many boards to support youth programing. Mr. Hallett has the knowledge and the education to support the growth and programming at Bright Hope.
Ms. LaShea Fields has more than fifteen (15) years of service in the Healthcare industry. She currently serves as Lead Claim Specialist with Independence Blue Cross (IBC). She has been employed by IBC since 2018 and has served in her current position since 2021. Prior to her employment with IBC, Ms. Fields was employed as a Claims Team Leader with Health Partners Plans; a Provider Claims Specialist with AmeriHealth Caritas and a Provider Representative with Aetna US Healthcare.
Ms. Fields attended and received her Bachelor of Science degree in 2024 in Healthcare Administration at Pierce College, Philadelphia, PA. She received her former education at Scotland School for Children of Veterans, Scotland, PA, where she graduated and earned her high school diploma in 1996.
Ms.Fields was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. She is dedicated to her family and her community. Along with her devotion to her family, she has also devoted many hours to creating a brighter future for the youth of her community and their families. In her continued efforts to serve, Ms. Fields will soon be undertaking the position of Director of Healthcare Services at Bright Hope Family Services, a nonprofit organization.
Ms. Fields has three loving children, two (2) adults and one (1) minor child. Her children also share her passion for giving back through community service
